Who are you and what kind of life do you want to live? The answer to this question is at the heart of personal coaching.
Whether you have a personal goal of leading a healthier lifestyle or are confronted with a major life change such as a divorce or becoming part of a blended family, coaching can help you determine how to transition, reach your potential and live the life you desire.
So often, our reality does not match the picture of the life we want. And we sometimes find ourselves asking, “What are the steps I need to take to get to where I want to be?” This can be a confusing—even overwhelming—journey, especially if you go it alone. The key to personal coaching is to reflect on who you are and where you are today, and then create a plan of how to move forward without getting caught up in the past.
As your coach, I can help you tap into what you really want out of your life, and then we will work together to create an achievable course of action.
Personal coaching can help you:
- Focus on your strengths, talents, and core values
- Find balance both in your personal life and career
- Prioritize what is most important to you
- Strategize a clear plan
- Create boundaries to ensure success
- Take a realistic course of action
Having a personal coach is like having a partner with you every step of the way, keeping you on task while leveraging your strengths, talents, and skills. I can offer the support and guidance to help you identify the changes you want to make in your life, and then together we will establish priorities, make a plan, and take action.
How do I get started?
To experience the full benefits of coaching, I recommend that you commit to a minimum of one month, which includes three sessions.
We can meet in person, or I can conduct sessions on the telephone or via Skype to accommodate your needs and personal preference.
